About 90,000 spots for immigration will be available. The information provided in this article is based on the technical briefing by IRCC that was held with the immigration representatives on the dates April 21, April 28, and May 4.

You should make sure that your request for accommodation for the new PR streams with a cap will get received by May 20, 2021, or before the limit of intake has been reached. The request will be accepted by IRCC by email or phone to their Client Support Centre. 8. How will IRCC process applications?
IRCC processes the application in the order in which they are received.
9. How can I apply?
IRCC will provide an online portal to submit your application.
That online portal will contain a tool called “How to Apply Tool” which will help you decide about the stream to apply. There would be a wizard available to assess your eligibility, which you can also skip.
You will need to agree on some terms and conditions. After this, only you will create an account that includes your email address and a password. Once you are done with creating your account then you get a verification code in your email and then after this you can sign in with your email address and password.

You will observe a document checklist that will include the new IMM 0008 form. Make sure that you validate your forms and then submit them with 2D barcodes. This form does not contain any signature. The only use of a representative form that will require your wet signature. Also, there will be a separate spot available to get this form uploaded.
You will also be required to submit other documents such as proof of your eligible work or the study experience in Canada. Additional spots will be provided to dependents to add these files.

10. Is there is any possibility that my immigration representative can apply for me?
You allowed to retain an immigration representative but the application should be uploaded by you on the IRCC website. As per IRCC’s statement, Only applicants are able to access and upload their documents from the intake portal. Representatives are unable to access the portal for their clients because the applications should be signed electronically in the intake portal.
11. Can I submit multiple applications if I am eligible for both an essential worker as well as an international graduate stream?
Yes, you can apply for multiple applications but will need to pay fees twice.
12. Under which stream will process my application be processed if I am eligible for the multiple streams?
You will get a chance to choose the stream after the submission of your application.
13. Will I be able to apply if I am currently not working?
No, it is already mentioned in the eligibility criteria list that you will need to be currently employed in any occupation.
14. What is the application fee?
For the principal applicants, it is $1,050. You might need to pay extra fees if you adding the dependents to your application form.
15. What is the standard for processing?

16. Do I need to submit my scores of IELTS General Training or CELPIP with my application form?

20. What type of job should I need to get eligible under the stream of international graduate?
You can do any type of job in any occupation either full-time or part-time, but that should be salaried employment.
21. Can I apply for the application if I am currently on the maintained status?
Yes.
22. Can I apply during the waiting period for my Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) application to get approved?

23. If I already have applied under another immigration program, or have a PR invitation, or might have submitted my express entry profile?

24. Do I need to have an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for foreign education?
No.
25. Can my work experience being self-employed in an essential occupation count towards the 1,560-hour of work experience requirement for the new PR streams of essential workers?
No, self-employment is not counted unless you are a medical doctor who fulfills the eligibility criteria. You must show yourself as an employee.
26. How can I show my intentions live in other provinces of Canada apart from Quebec?
Candidates will need to show proof like their plans to live outside of Quebec, their new residence place, etc.
27. Will I need to submit any medical at the time of application submission?
No.
28. What happens after the submission of the application?
After the submission of your application, IRCC is going to conduct a complete check to make sure that:
- all the required forms are been properly completed and are submitted
- the processing fee payment is paid or not
- all the required documents have been submitted or not
After the application gets received then you will get an Acknowledgment receipt via email that:
- notifies you that your application has been received by us and will give your IRCC application number
- provides a contact of the IRCC office that will be going to process your file
