Enhanced Caregiver Pilot Program
If we talked about 4 new Canada PR pathways for 2025, first pathway is Enhanced Caregiver Pilot Program. The two current pilot programs, the Home Support Worker Pilot and the Home Childcare Provider Pilot, will replaced by the Enhanced Caregiver Pilot Program.

Who is eligible

- Must score minimum CLB 4 or equivalent in language proficiency tests

Rural Community Immigration Pilot
Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP), Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has recently announce the Rural Community Immigration Pilot, that will set to launch in 2025. This program offers pathways to PR for newcomers who address labor shortages in small rural communities and who aim to make long-term residency in these regions. Earlier, this New PR Pathways 2025 is expected to launch in 2024 fall, but then roll out in 2025.

Francophone Community Immigration Pilot
Francophone Community Immigration Pilot emphasizes increasing numbers of French-speaking newcomers who settle outside Quebec, in francophone minority communities. The objectives of this program are

Manitoba West Central Immigration Initiative Program
Manitoba launch three-year pilot program on 15 November and aims to address labor market shortages in rural west central areas. This program involves partnership between the seven rural municipalities, province, and Gambler First Nation to worth the immigration efforts and meets labor market needs.
As per Manitoba’s Minister of Labour and Immigration, the pilot makes a direct response to raise demand for workers and succeed in the immigration initiatives in Morden, Winkler-Stanley, and Parkland regions.

- The pilot who bring around 240 to 300 skilled workers to provinces in the coming 3 years
