Moreover, after the previous draw on May, 31 for the new immigrants, in which 5,956 CEC i.e. Canadian Experience Class candidates  were invited to apply Permanent Residency in Canada. Also, the recent draw was 12 point lower than the previous draw of 380 CRS points. This makes this draw to be the second lowest score requiring Express Entry Draw. Immigrants who are invited to apply for permanent residence in Canada, have to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) program. Those candidates who will receive an invitation to apply (ITA) are considered eligible candidates and should have a score of at least 368.
