Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada (IRCC) introduced new immigration programs for about 90,000 people which includes the students who are international graduates and the essential workers to become permanent residents of Canada, along with an infinite number of applicants who can speak the French language. The English-speaking International Graduate stream already reached its maximum cap of 40,000 applications within 24-48 hours. However, IRCC is still open to explore any possibilities to adjust the quotas under different streams, said by Immigration Minister Marco Mendicino. The essential Worker Stream under two English-speaking category have 11,000 applications submitted.
