Express Entry
The express entry program Edmonton [VLINK Immigration] is the electronic immigration program designed by government of Canada. It is an online system use to manage application for the permanent residence of skilled workers. This online express entry program is done on the government of Canada website, where people can submit the profiles of their skills, education, and employment history to gain points through a specific calculator designed by the government. Depending on the types of traits that an applicant has, they are ranked through various factors and get points. The profiles which get the most points are then invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence.
Who can Apply?
Since there are different levels of skilled workers, the Government of Canada has designed four different programs within the Express Entry Program Edmonton, which are:
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
Federal skilled worker program is for skilled workers with foreign work experience and wants to immigrate to Canada.
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
Federal skilled trades program is for skilled workers who wants to apply for permanent residence based on being qualified in a skilled trade.
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
The Canadian Experience Class is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience and want to become permanent residents.
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) Canada offer a pathway to Canadian permanent residence for individuals who are interested in immigrating to a specific Canadian province or territory. Each Canadian province and territory operates its own Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) designed to meet its specific economic and demographic needs.
