  •  If the person is prohibited to live in Canada.

The applicant may not be eligible for immigration in Canada if:

  •  The applicant or any of his dependent family members is not meeting the IRCC’s (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) requirements that are related to health and criminality even if your family dependent is not included in the immigration application
  • You have custody that is not resolved custody or,
  • Lack of truthfulness in the application of the applicant or their family.
  • The applicant is not able to prove that he wants to live and work in Saskatchewan.

What to do after applying for SINP?
