The third draw of Quebec immigration of the year 2021 through the Arrima Expression of Interest system. On April 29, Quebec in the draw has invited about 83 immigration candidates so as to apply for their permanent selection.

The Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) has invited the candidates who filled Expression of Entry (EOI) under the program called Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) from the online portal for registration in Quebec.
The candidates were invited under two categories in the latest draw, that is:
- those candidates who have a valid job offer; and
- those candidates who are living in Quebec as a consular, diplomat, United Nations representative, or representative of any intergovernmental organization in the province, and their staff.
The latest draw is the third draw that is held by Quebec this year. Earlier it was held on March 30, and January 26. Total 386 candidates are now invited to Quebec to submit their application forms for their permanent selection. Immigration programs in Quebec are managed based on the selection criteria and the processes which are different from immigration programs in Canada. So it is completely up to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to finally decide on immigration applications.

What is Arrima?
Arrima was introduced in Quebec in the year 2018. The purpose of Arrima is to manage the pool of applicants for the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) and to easily manage the application-taking system whose former approach was based on a “first-come, first-served”.
The candidates with age 18 years and older must create their Expression of Interest (EOI) profile in Arrima to immigrate to Quebec through the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP), after which they are going to place in the pool of candidates.

MIFI then qualified most of the candidates based on the current needs of the provincial market labor and the potential of the candidate to integrate into Quebec society.
