Only those candidates with a minimum score of at least 357 will be invited if they submitted their Express Entry Profile before February 17, 2021 at 10:15:50 UTC. Hence, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada(IRCC) as per the tie-breaker rule will publish the cutoff as an administrative requirement, apart from knowing that there was an actual tie or not.

When is next all program draw to be held by IRCC?

All through the pandemic, IRCC has been holding just CEC-and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)- explicit draws. This is on the grounds that these competitors are bound to as of now be living in Canada. Up until June 21, endorsed perpetual inhabitants couldn’t head out to Canada to finish their arrival and enact their status. IRCC held a PNP-just Express Entry draw this week welcoming 1,002 applicants.

Despite the fact that Canada’s movement limitations are to beginning to downsize, the line is as yet shut to superfluous travel and the flight restriction from India has been expanded one more month. Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, notwithstanding, has shown that more travel limitations could be lifted in the coming weeks.

IRCC has not shown when it will hold its next all-program Express Entry draw. They still can’t seem to consider Federal Skilled Worker Program and Federal Skilled Trades Program competitors in 2021.

Priority is given to Domestic candidates by IRCC

For the non-essential travels Canada’s border is still closed but as mentioned above the Canadian government still wants to welcome a huge number of new immigrants for permanent residence. Additionally, in the current scenario, the Canadian government led by the liberal party has set a target of 40,100 new immigrants to welcome in Canada through the Express Entry program. Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada(IRCC) is holding some program-specific draws to meet the targets set by the Canadian government. The program-specific draw targets the candidates who are likely already in the Country.

The candidates who are eligible under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) should have at least full-time work experience of at least one year in their skilled occupation. And, it is obvious that the candidates submit their Express Entry profile then they are likely to live already in Canada. In the previous report, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) said that there is about 90 percent of the candidates who are applied for their Express Entry profile are already living in Canada.

When the Canadian border was first closed in March 2020 then Canada amends between holding the provincial program system (PNP) draws and the rounds of invitation who only invites the candidates that are eligible for  Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has applied this pattern until the end of the year when they started holding all the program draws repeatedly, which came out to not single out the candidates who are eligible for any program.
