Those candidates who will receive an invitation to apply (ITA) are considered eligible candidates and should have a score of at least 400.

On April 29, Canada held a Express Entry CEC CRS Entry draw for new immigrants. There are new immigrants who are invited to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
